Comcast's "pre-calling" system is not a courtesy call to the customer - it's a way for Comcast to make fewer service calls than scheduled. Comcast technicicans do not show up for confirmed appointments. The reason? Pre-calls. Whether it's due to the customer not answering the phone in time, or Comcast calling other than the designated phone number. It's time that consumers demand that Comcast technicians show up as scheduled, without any pre-calls.
